Beautifully decorated and unique hotel with sincere staff right from the manager. I really enjoyed good-sized and airy rooms of the property. - the location was incredible and wonderful for me as it was so close to the Jaisalmer fort, all the local shops, and a palace.

actually everything was good, my next choice again in jaisalmer. i thoroughly enjoyed the historic-style building and my good sized and airy room. the location was stunning and lovely to the historic part of town, near to the jaisalmer fort. i had lunch in qutub's restaurant, located nearby.

Everything was good, amiable staff, exceptionally good views over town. The rooms were practical & well-maintained, the decoration was unique.

Oh how I loved the dominant structure amidst sands.

The employees are always polite, the rooms are clean and functional, with a lovely design and incredibly comfortable beds.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to the Jaisalmer Fort, the famous Jain Temple, Victoria, and the train station. Booked a room with a balcony and had a wonderful experience. - Didn't want to leave and would return anytime.

The beautiful room with a balcony was fabulous. the location is unique and just a 10-minute walk from the downtown area. Next door, there is an amazing restaurant, a market, and stores.

This place is so charming with its old-fashioned vibe in a building that looks straight out of ancient times. It was a really nice trip and I would definitely love to come back here again. Plus, it’s super convenient because you can reach the airport in just 15 minutes by car! 🏨

The balcony offers a great view of city life. Rooms are cozy and unique. Staff is friendly and English is well understood. Great location within the fort. Excellent breakfast and meals.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Victoria in Jaisalmer. From the moment we arrived, the manager and staff were attentive and provided the best service. the location of the hotel is amazing, with breathtaking views and even a view of the sunset. the food at the restaurant, including the complimentary breakfast, was delicious and the best we've had in India. the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with charming details. And the rooms, from the comfortable beds to the complimentary tea and coffee, were super beautiful and comfortable. Cons: Nothing to mention. 🙌.

Exceptional Stay in a Historic Fort

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is better communication and sensitivity from the children working there.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us happy. The breakfast was mind-blowing with a wide range of delicious options. The rooms had a unique old fort feel with beautiful stone walls. The location was perfect for exploring and dining options. The view from the rooftop was jaw-dropping. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location in the fort was easy to get to and the views from our room were stunning. We loved sitting on the rooftop, enjoying the sunset with a cup of chai. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the free minibar treats were a nice touch. The hotel also offers other facilities like a tour desk and cultural performances, including folk dances and live music, which added to our overall experience.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities specifically catered towards families with children.
